Member Splash 2023

We are excited to announce that Hamilton Lakes is launching a new Membership Portal that will allow you to pay your membership online by credit or check.

We ask that when you first log into the new system to secure and pay your membership dues, please take a moment to verify all of your account information and make any corrections and updates as needed.  If you have any questions or need assistance with any changes please contact us at

Important Note: Due to this new system, you will not receive a statement in the mail for your membership dues.

Logging In: Visit

  • Click on the Loginlink at the top of the page.
  • Your Username: Is your Email (If your email is not allowing you to register, we may need your new email updated in our system. Please email us at to make that change.
  • Your Temporary Password: hamiltonlakes

    *IMPORTANT: You will see a reminder when you log in that you are using the default/temporary password. Please update it to something secure and store it somewhere. If you ever lose your password, you can use the password reset link found on the login page, but this requires a valid email address on file. You can store one email address per adult member by clicking the edit icon next to their name on the account management screen.

  • Add/Delete Members: To do so, click the ADD MEMBER button and add any members in your household.
  • Edit Account Information:  You can change your username here, change the billing contact and update your address. Make sure you are using the address which is associated with your credit card.
  • Payments: Please secure your family membership by making a payment. Please click on the BIG red banner at the top of your login page. Once you have clicked on your dues payment, you will choose your method of payment and be taken to a second screen to check out. We accept:
    • Credit/Debit Card – If you are paying by credit card, enter credit card number, expiration date and CVV.  (Please make sure the address is correct)
    • Check – If you are paying by check, please download and print the invoice you will see on the page and mail into the address provided.

Please note that you will receive a new Member Splash account number. However, you will still need your old membership number to sign into Online Reservations to reserve tennis/pickleball courts. We understand some may find this challenging and we ask for you patience during this transition.

If you have a credit that does not show up on your Members Splash account.  Please reach out to us at so we can check into that for you before you pay. We look forward to seeing all of you in a few months at our favorite place to cool off and spend time with our friends!
