Hamilton Lakes Swim & Tennis Club provides our members with the highest quality, environmentally sensitive swim and tennis facilities in an inviting, relaxed family atmosphere. Nestled in the beautiful tree lined Hamilton Lakes community, the club is located at the intersection of Tower Road and Montpelier Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina, centrally located between West Market Street and Friendly Avenue.
There are three swimming pools and three diving boards, one of which is a high dive. Our main swimming pool is a 50-meter pool, 3 feet at the shallow end graduating to 12 feet at the deep end. There is a 25 meter lap pool that allows lap swimming at any time the pools are open. The baby pool is beach entry and graduates to the depth of 1.5'. It is mostly shaded by a canopy and is separated from the other pools with a fence allowing only those children that are 5 years old and under to play and swim in that area.
Always one of the strongest aquatic programs in the Triad, you will love the many activities offered by Hamilton Lakes. Lap swimming, water volleyball, water exercise and swimming lessons take place in the multi-purpose pool, leaving the large pool for more family activities. City Meet champions in 2015 the Hornets swim team is coached by highly qualified coaches who are ready to develop a great work ethic and correct stroke technique in each swimmer. The Hornet's goal is for every child to improve and to have fun doing it.
If tennis is your sport, we have the facilities and the tennis instructors to make your time on the courts the best ever. The club boasts eight soft and three hard tennis courts with a large viewing deck. There are tennis programs for all levels and ages. The tennis courts are open year round for play. The Tennis Pro Shop is 1200 square feet with a ladies room and men's room. There are Authorized Wilson Products for sale along with promotional Hamilton Lakes' clothing.
