Registration Information:

Registration will take place at "Jive at the Hive" on Saturday, May 18 3:00-5:00. Swim Team representatives will be available to answer your questions and assit you with registering your children for the Hornet team, ordering apparel, and completing information for season swim meets.

• Click here for a copy of the "registration form." You may print it, complete it and bring it with youto Jive at the Hive. Note: Please, complete ONE registration form per family.
• CSA Swimmer Registration/Release Form. Forms must be filled out and signed for EACH swimmer before the first dual meet.
• Hamilton Lakes Behavior Agreement needs to be completed for EACH SWIMMER.

Swim Team Fees:

Pre-season practices: Costs for the clinics are $5 per swimmer / session or 8 sessions for $30.00. There is also a family “cap” of $60 for two (2) or more swimmers. Payment may be made at your first clinic attended.
Also during pre-season practice, you can order your new Hamilton Lakes swimsuits.

Regular Season Team member: Registration fee is $90/swimmer.

May 18th from 3:00 – 5:00pm. Please make every effort to register, buy swimsuits, volunteer and obtain important swim team information at this time. We cannot emphasize enough how helpful it is to get as many swimmers as possible registered at this time. We will be giving the same “discount” on registration if all paperwork is
turned in by Jive @ the Hive. More info will be coming the closer we get to the date.
