Yoga meets in the clubhouse on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The class is led by Sandy Reiser and begins at 9 A.M. Bring your mat or towel.
Adventure Boot Camp will begin the first session at HL on June 28 th outside on the lower parking lot beginning at 5:30 A.M.
